Shipping policy

This policy covers delivery of GropeTuned tuning services, Atlas custom features, hardware and heat-wrapping services.

Tuning services

The Atlas E-Tune, Teach-As-We-Go Tune, $50 retune service, and the Flex Fuel and Speed Density calibration add-ons are delivered digitally. Nothing ships. After you order I will be in touch to collect your vehicle details and datalogs, and your calibration is delivered as a file.

Revisions are worked in batches, usually over the weekend - that is when I sit down with the week's datalogs. If something is wrong, or you are stuck mid-build and need an answer sooner, reach out and I will get to you. A tune is not finished until the data says it is.

Atlas custom features

Atlas custom features are delivered digitally by manual email after order processing; they are not instant automated downloads. Paid feature licenses are processed for the VIN supplied with the order. Free feature files are also emailed manually. Use an email address you can access at checkout. Custom calibration and any required hardware or sensors are separate unless the product listing expressly includes them.

Hardware and heat shielding

Turbo kits, BRZ intake manifold adapter kits, re-bored 62mm throttle bodies, and all heat shielding materials - silica needle mat, 304 stainless foil, the mat and foil kit, and the Ultimate Heat Wrap Bundle - are built to order rather than pulled off a shelf.

Current build time is 5-10 business days before the item ships. If a build is going to run longer than that, I will tell you rather than let you wonder.

3-Layer Heat Wrapping Service

This is a send-in service. You ship me the bare header or J-pipe - clean, no gaskets or sensors - I build the shield and ship it back. Return shipping to you is included in the price. Getting the part to me is your responsibility.

Shipping within the United States

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Express shipping is $15 if you want it moving faster once the item is built. Orders ship from Lubbock, Texas.

International shipping

GropeTuned ships to 27 countries. Rates are calculated at checkout from live USPS and DHL Express pricing for your address and parcel, so what you see at checkout is the real cost.

Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees charged on arrival. Those are not collected here and are not included in what you pay at checkout.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

Damaged or lost in transit

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box and the contents before unpacking any further, and contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the photos. If tracking stalls, get in touch and I will open a claim with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I cannot cover the cost of a reship on an address error.
