Refund policy

All sales are final. GropeTuned does not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please confirm your vehicle fitment, selected size, required supporting parts, and service requirements before placing an order. If you are unsure, contact us before buying.

This policy applies to orders placed after this update on October 11, 2026. Earlier orders remain subject to the policy in effect when they were placed.

Hardware and heat shielding

Turbo kits, manifold adapter kits, throttle bodies, heat-shielding materials and bundles are final sale, including unused or uninstalled items. We do not accept returns for incorrect selection, a change of plans, or attempted installation.

Tuning and wrapping services

Atlas E-Tune, Teach-As-We-Go Tune, tune add-ons, and the 3-Layer Heat Wrapping Service are custom work. These services are final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind cancellations or refunds after purchase.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. For a defect discovered later, contact us when you discover it. Keep the packaging and do not send anything back without written instructions.

The no-return policy does not remove any rights or remedies required by applicable law, including rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods or any mandatory cancellation rights. The requested 7-day reporting window does not limit those rights.

Existing product warranties

The published 3-year limited replacement-parts warranty for BRZ manifold adapter kits remains in place. If a kit component fails under normal use within three years of purchase, replacement parts are supplied free of charge under the warranty. It covers the parts themselves, not labour, shipping, consequential damage, engine damage, or failures caused by improper installation, modification, or use outside the intended application, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

What tuning does not guarantee

Power figures are reference results from specific vehicles, not a guarantee of your result. Output depends on fuel, hardware, mechanical condition, ambient conditions, and supporting modifications. A tune is not a warranty against mechanical failure.
